ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Minimum Senior Secondary School Examination or equivalent. There will be an Entrance Test and an interview before admission.

On selection for admission, the fee Rs. 95,000/- has to be deposited in the Bank in the Bhavan's premises from 10:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. or from 04:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. in the Accounts Section Monday to Friday. One copy of the bank receipt to be submitted at the Academy Office along with the complete admission form for admission.
TESTS & EXAMINATION
There will be three modules in the academic year. The periodical tests, written/practical/viva voce at the end of each module. Students are expected to pass written/practical/ viva voce separately to qualify for promotion to the next Module or the Award of the Diploma. There will be a Final Examination at the end of all three Modules.
MARKS AND GRADES
The minimum pass mark in each module will be 50% of the aggregate. Candidates securing 70% and above will be placed in the First Division. Those Securing Darks between 60% and 69% will be placed in the Second Division. For qualifying the Module Examination 40% Marks in each subject is required.
At the end of each Module submission of project is required which will be graded. The grades will be added in the Final Examination.
