Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Delhi Kendra has adopted its logo as promoting “Sanskrit and Sanskriti” and Shri Shankaracharya Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya is successfully contributing for accomplishment of this objective since inception in following ways :-

1. TEACHING

Regular Sanskrit classes are held from Monday to Friday between 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for those who do not have any background in Sanskrit:

• Saral Sanskrit- Five levels (Three Years starting from Bala Bodha upto Kovid )
• Bhagawad Gita – Four Levels (Two Years)
• Veda Study- Four Levels ( Four Years)
• Paurohitya – Two Levels-Alankara and Acharaya (Two Years)
• Weekend Course – (To be confirmed)

Besides the above, sponsored or special classes are organized on weekends such as follow:-

• Functional Sanskrit Classes
• Veda Classes for All (Free, sponsored by MSRVVP, Ujjain)

2. ACTIVITIES

 Shri Shankaracharya Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya is also organizing several programmes for propagation of Sanskrit and Sanskriti:-

1. Practical training for Paurohitya (Yajna-Prashikshana)
2. Spoken Sanskrit camps

• Lectures / webinars under the series “Sanskrit–Sanskriti” by eminent scholars

1. Veda Sammelana: one Day conference on various themes of Vedic Wisdom
2. Gita–Jayanti: Recitation competition for school level students
